Low black screen that won't pass

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):black screen during ccing/changing maps/moving out of cash shop till I just exit the game.
    What is supposed to happen?:...
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:I noticed this bug before the last server upgrade(so I assume 1upgrade before the upgrade happened). I didn't post it back then, since I assumed the server upgrade may fix it.
