You realise nobody is going to be able to advance ToT questline if what you propose became reality right? Area bosses often (some could be nerfed a bit) don't drop much valuables and that's great.

 

You forgot about bf, samurai, and crow. Thinking of difficulty, they should be ahead of ToT mini bosses.

 

We should nerf them even more and give instances for quest fights. I hate spending days to find an area boss just because people stalk them for cards or whatever.

Their respawn timer is 4hr, not days. And we have 6 ccs.
Also you can contact those campers ask them to help you for quest tag.

If you were spending days for only one time quest, i think issue is on yourself, not game.

 

Most people don't have hours on end to spend (especially camping an area boss).
For example they work a full day or go to school, come home, eat dinner and have maybe a few hours in the evening to play a game.
I'm not going to pull and all nighter just to camp a boss and would much rather check it out once, and if it's not there, spend my time doing dailies or just grinding.
Now if I were unemployed and able to play games all day, it would be a different story.
And yes, there's weekends, but it's currently Friday, so I'll most likely camp for a kill in the next couple of days.
That being said, getting an instance without drops to be able to clear the quests would be great.

This is where social skill shines. Personally, when I notice there's camper for certain boss I need for quests, but when I don't have time / willingness, to compete with them, I just ask them 'hey can you ping me when spawn happened and allow me to tag? I'll pay 1m for your help, thanks in advance!'. Never got refused ever, unless his goal is same with me (like quest etc drops only 1) so he can't get me without burdening him.

Basically I just dislike 'help me in free under name of kind soul' so prefer to pay appreciation in that way, and this would works far better than 'be kind to me' approach, Thinking of how i'm, and we're ignorant on players asking me 'be kind to me, help with what you can in free' when I don't even know who he is.

And thanks for time saving coming from this deal, I was easily able to earn more than 1m instead of 'wasting time' there.

Giving deal makes mutual-profit, is good way to make a deal in many issues I believe.

 

Dodo already has some drops, so Im surprised anybody has ever managed to get to the horse, let alone complete ToT. This is already 'reality'

 

i think tot bosses should drop mw20 and all gpq books. this will increase ev of these unloved bosses

 

er, i think one of the differences for ToT map boss is there is no blue text when boss spawns, so it can be easy to miss compared to other map bosses. A lot of people that i talked to that were having trouble with ToT questline didn't know about this. So make sure to check the platforms!

It's not unprecedented for unpopular suggestions to get implemented, don't give up too fast.

Edit: idk how you see this as a single client attacker buff though, you already know it would get camped all day like we've seen with other area bosses in the past.

 

I think this change will be implemented after the d2 buff.
