Buffs of equal strength with a shorter time should NOT take preference

    If I am on a basket or a GM buff for instance and someone in my party uses Holy Symbol their Holy Symbol should not wipe out the basket or GM buff. The skills are of equal strength yet now the GM or Basket buff Holy Symbol is entirely wiped out.

    Right now buffs are preferenced based on overall strength but it should be strength and then active time.

    We are aware this is currently the case. This is not a matter of 'we prefer it this way' but right now purely the limitations we have. If we can pull it off we'll do it.

    I'm sure it's within coding limitations, but would just take a lot more work on the server.

    For instance, first the client tells the server X buff was used at Y skill level. The server would have to store an additional variable per buff type for time. This variable is calculated by the buff's skill level. Then the server can do its checks for strength, followed by checking for the time variable.
