    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):
    What is supposed to happen?: Potions aren't working to remove "sealed skills"
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: During Neotokyo pq
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    Extra information (optional): I keep trying to use all cure potions to remove the sealed skills, but it doesn't remove it. I usually have to wait until the debuff runs out

    The problem is that All cure potion is not working to remove the skill lock. I, instead have to wait for the skill lock to run out. The problem occurs every now and then

    I've very rarely also encountered this problem (at Zak, for example), where I can't use acp or dispel to get out of seal.

    As you can see, it has occurred again. I have also try to use some all cure potion to remove it
