Windows XP/Vista/7 Bypassing Admin at work

Hello.

As much as I love MapleLegends, I'm trying to bypass work securities to be able to enjoy the game. Its more of a curiosity on how to do it, not only play.

At the moment, I'm facing an administration block. It asks for id / password when I try to launch MapleLegends. I tried logging in with my own id / password which I use to login at work, but it doesn't go through. The properties for the launcher wont let me switch it to "run as admin". UAC removal aren't visible on control panel & I don't know how to write the code for UAC, but I'm also scared that I will crash the whole system.

That's the steps I tried at least. I'm not good with computers and all my research is from the internet and the search continues.

It might seem dodgy on what I'm trying to do, but I don't think I'm breaking any MapleLegends ToS, If not allowed please delete the post.

*UPDATE*

Improved, but says "Unable to connect" still working to victory!

I think it works, but I get a message saying "unable to connect to the server check website for any on going maintenance" So I think it blocks internet connection, not sure haha
