Low Cannot use Transformation / Super Transform in Ellinia-Orbis Ship

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):

    What is supposed to happen?: It's a battle skill-- you are supposed to be able to use it.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Ship to Orbis from Ellinia, or Ship to Ellinia from Orbis, while hunting some Crimson Balrogs.
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    Extra information (optional):
    I recently unlocked Demolition and wanted to use Super Transform on these chumps. Lo and Behold, it does not work on this exact map. I haven't tried other transformation techniques, like Oak Barrel. It seems that Time Leap doesn't work either. These Crimson Balrogs live another day.

    Prolly because those skills increase your speed stat, things like Haste and Dash won't work either. It seems weird that you wouldn't be able to use your main damage source in a boss map, but Crogs are pretty weak anyways.
