Low Can't complete quest

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Can't complete the quest "Memory Lane". After we went to talk to our 1st job advancement NPC's and returned to the Memory Keeper, we can't complete the quest, says it's still in progress.
    What is supposed to happen?: There are 3 steps.
    1. Talk to Memory Keeper.
    2. Talk to your 1st job advancement NPC.
    3. Talk to Memory Keeper.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Time Lane: Memory Keeper's Room
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    Extra information (optional): My character Khaleesii, and my two friends, JoohnSnow & SmokeTreez, have the same problem. We have tried relogging, forfeiting the quest and changing channels.
