Low Can't equip Green Arzuna

Description of the bug: Double clicking and dragging and dropping to equip Green Arzuna does not work. No message pops up.
What is supposed to happen?: Green Arzuna gets equipped
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Everywhere
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Try to equip Green Arzuna by double click or drag and drop.
Extra information (optional): BM friend can equip it
EDIT: Relogging did not work, scrolling it again did not work
EDIT2: I found that I was also unable to equip Blue Arzunas
EDIT3: Okay I have figured out the problem. Apparently having negative fame causes this issue. I was only able to equip the Arzuna once I was back at 0 fame.
