Resolved Can't Login in Client

    Hi. I am new. I got the client downloaded and launched, but it won't let me login using the same username and password as my account for this website. It claims that I have the wrong password when I try to log-in. When I try to use the guest login, it says "Connection failed due to system error".

    Any help would be appreciated.

    A little more information if this helps.
    I am trying to log in on two different macs. One is an older 2013 MacBook pro and the other one is a newer MacBook pro. One is on Mojave, but the other is on high sierra (10.14). Both of them appear to get the same errors. Is it something to do with the server refresh? Or is it a built-in block on the macs that is interrupting/preventing the connection?

    I just find it odd that it says the password is wrong and can't seem to connect to the server.
