Windows 8/8.1/10 cant run maplelegends without getting this error

    'we are unable to connect to MapleLegends. Please check the MapleLegends homepage for ongoing server checks and updates.'

    i was only able to open the application when the servers were down, so i couldnt even play. this has been ongoing since the last patch.

    i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, putting the location of the game on a new drive, setting up the exceptions for anything that involves the game. I dont know what else to try at this point.

    any help is appreciated.

    hi thanks for the reply however i was aware of the maintenance. The problem was before and after the maintenance was finished, i was unable to open the maplelegends.exe application and would get the error as if it was under maintenance.

    For example, this newest patch finished today and there are now almost 1000 people on the server now but i can still not run it even with the new patch installed.
