cant take items out of fredrick store banker

clearly he says he cant take out because one of the items i want to retrieve are one of a kind and i already have one in my inventory, but i really dont find such item in the items i want to retrieve as all are just normal tradble equips and 2 standard 60% scrolls so it really makes no sense...
help pls

it doesnt show it in the items retrieved but i had a pap clock in there, fixed thank you

 

ok on that note i got duped item in that same scenario... i guess if u put pap clock in ur shop and close it, when u retrieve from fredrick ur item dupe
