    You've all waited a long time for this, but there it is!

    Castellan Toad is now available to fight!
    A reminder that every party member requires a Kacchuu Musha Fragment to enter, and that once it is spawned, you will have a one day cooldown before you can enter again, so make it count!

    We still need to add the ''surprise'' drop to it, but that will need a patch, so I'll be sure to let you guys know once it's in.

    the "chair" is actually a etc item drop from the toad boss during the first part, and the cash bag bag dropped from the boss during the second part. You need both of them to complet the questline to be able to enter neo city in futrue content.

    You actually don't need either of them to enter Neo Tokyo. They're just for completing the quests within Ninja Castle. You do need a Toad Oil however, which will be dropped by Toad (Castellan summon) in the future.
