Chris's Scuffed "Journal"

Here I'll post random updates on my characters. Expect low quality, no effort, zero analysis, horrible optimization, & goals that won't be achieved.

Here are my current characters
Christopher the Islander. This character use to be a mule to my previous main islanders before I deleted them. This character was originally full luk in order to use the mitten when Islander's first got access to the weapon. The mitten ended up being absolute trash to use even with full luk so I quit it. Although since this char was on an account of its own when I purged everything, it was able to escape the doom all my other characters faced and live on! With the release of the fork weapon, this char found new viability and continued it just to play with some friends. Although as I started to level into the high 40s, using nothing but the claw began to be painful. Therefore I transitioned into dex to be able to use alternative weapons. I do have a bit of STR as well to avoid the auto ban for consecutive damage. Currently in the process of doing the hair quest on this char, so it remains fried shrimp to mask the ugly hair! Unfortunately the female selection of Island hair is god awful. L>for sex changes.


This is Twilight, my luk i/l mage. Hiyo ended up inspiring me to make a mage. I've made many lukless bishops previously so I wanted to have fun this time around by going full luk to wear equips I've never had a chance to wear before. I've been stocking up on nx for this character because I plan to MP wash it since I don't lose anything by not doing it. I currently have 183k nx but taking a break to vote on another account to expand some inventory slots since I can't be fucked with to vote on multiple accounts and the headache that comes with it. Inb4 this character never see's another level up. MonkaS


Mood my unwashed xbow. Hiyo graciously donated me this name, so this character must not fade into the dark oblivion all my other characters face! I don't have an bossing intentions with this character, so I've decided not to do any washing whatsoever. HP WASHING OPTIONAL RIGHT????? When this character achieves 4th job I plan on doing dragon breath + piercing arrow training, FUCK SNIPE! For now though I've just been slowly leveling it up by collecting cards. I'm currently on the tier 6 ring but hard to say if I'll ever get tier 10 if I have to hunt area bosses for it. My goal is to be 1 level higher than the noobiest xbow I know, Salt.

One hair change later. No idea what I'm going for since there is no formal list of what is available, so I usually just spam the quest hoping I get something I've never seen before or end up settling due to burn out.

 

Got my job advance to sniper.


Was having a debate if I should go for blizzard or eruption first. Heavily leaning towards blizzard as it seems like it will end up being more useful at first with long range + freeze, so tired of iron arrow's linear bull shit.

Currently have 190 sets so 20 more until tier 7!

Been too lazy with inventory being full across the board of characters to gachapon so have a small stockpile going on atm.

Had a discussion earlier in the discord if I should invest time in getting Horus' Eye for the HP vs just waiting for Mark of Naricain.

Starting to think about the STR req I will need and that I should prob start investing in STR gear. Originally planned to just take all the mesos I accumulate during the grind and pour it into a xbow as Salt told me something in the low 120s was too shit to use as a starter. But ended up doing it anyway and snagged this for 30m. SORRY!!!! (Leaves me with about 80mish for other crap like an overall, but I do have a bunch of shit to sell)

Results ---> 211 sets completed! Sort of catching up to my level in terms of the mobs I'm hunting for cards, might have to invest some time into pure leveling so I can get some more points into 3rd job skills to kill things more effectively.

Purchased this overall from Voxtagrams


Also purchased a Crimson heart cloak with the plan to throw some STR 60s on it!


As I don't have any character over 90 I had to ask Salt to scroll it for me, thanks buddy! Will probably end up using this until I'm able to get a blackfist cloak, wanted to utilize the STR so I don't end up having to reset some later.


Have about 50m left of funds.

Completed the prequests for Ravana. Thank god that I pumped blizzard, those mobs hit like a fucking truck. Seems like a fun place to grind though if you could get a party going.

My current plan for this character: (Haven't worked out any logistics so could change)

1. Achieve tier 10 ring or as high tier as I can before it becomes annoying. (I haven't mapped/counted what I have left and if I'll have to start camping bosses etc)
2. Get to level 120.
3. Can possibly start before #2 but farm for 30% xbow & exp in general.
4. Farm until I can farm for .
5. Start booming.

I've had many cats throughout my life and none of them ever seem to be friends with each other!!!! As I was going to bed the other night 2/4 cats I have started to snuggle up to each other! Korra (on left) was trying to snuggle up to Pip (on right). Didn't last long when Korra tried to snuggle up closer after the picture resulting in Pip biting her causing her to run away. Hopefully one day they become boyfriend and girlfriend & love each other lots with kisses and snuggles.
