Yeah even though my friends and i are done i think I will just keep it until january 7th or something X:

 

However, there is a risk of someone having the same ideas. If they posted their submission first, I think it's fair for them to get more points for creativity.

if staff will notice people copy/steal your idea theyll give u credit for that

 

But them seeing what others have done also gives them a goal to beat per se. So even if they dont copy certain ideas or themes they can definitely try and accomplish the same level of prettiness or w.e. xD its hard to describe.

Edit: in summer 2016 we had the same type of event for summer vacation and they were privately sent / hidden from player view until winners were announced. Then the gms displayed the top 3 and honorable mentions so players got to see the best of the best

 

Yeah, i mean...at the end, having the submission remains private until the winners are announced is definitely ideal.
