Resolved Crash during login

    I created a new account. Before my first login(including agreeing to terms and conditions and creating characters), I went to do a red kimmy voting.
    Then I went onto the login screen and tried logging in. The screen black out and crashed. I received an error during login. Maplelegends error -214722100 (DLL for class not found).
    It happened every time I try to login this account, while other accounts that I have are still working properly.
    I also went to check the vote cash, and it didn't register, showing have not voted.

    Possible to help me troubleshoot or give some suggestions?
