Crashing

Hi guys,

So I just downloaded this game today, leveled up to job advance my mage, and got to victoria island for the first time. I was traveling from lith to Hennessy and ultimately to elinia, but on my way, I entered a map, and just got dc'd instantly. This was the map that was the first map with Hennessy's background coming from lith harbor. What could cause this? because I was fine on the other maps, just not this map, and I cant avoid the problem because I instantly dc every time I log on. Help plz!
