Not a Bug Cupid's Courier Issue

    Description of the bug:I think I accidentally lost Richard's letter somehow and I was trying to quit the quest and accept it again in order to get back the letter but I checked both Angelique and Richard and they have nothing for me but I still have the quest (photo included)
    What is supposed to happen?:After quitting the in progress quest, it should move to available quests
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:past two days

    it happened on me too. as far as I remember the letter had expiration date, and that must be how the letter disappeared.

    The letter indeed has an expiration on it.
    Please make a @GM ticket in-game to get a refund. Please state your class.

    This exact thing happened to me. Is there any way to get that quest back into our 'Available' tab? I clicked 'forfeit' and it's still lingering there under Available, and I'm unable to get the letter back or restart the quest. Not sure what to do, or if a GM can even fix it/put the letter back in my inventory. I had no idea it expired or I wouldn't have logged off the day I got it. I made a @GM ticket in-game and was told to make a forum post - I made one back on March 20th and haven't gotten a response as of now.

    Me too, I made @gm ticket and still haven't received a response. I understand that this may not be high priority but any sort of communication would be great.
