    Description of the bug: Richard's letter has disappeared from my inventory. There is no
    way for me to get a new one because I cannot forfeit this quest.

    What is supposed to happen?: I should be able to abandon my quest and get a new letter from Richard. However, the quest is NOT in the quest log and *cannot* be abandoned.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: See picture
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug : Get Richard's letter and let the timer expire
