Yeah it depends on how much int vs matk you have. It's around there though.

 

MIN = ((Magic²/1000 + Magic * Mastery * 0.9)/30 + INT/200) * Spell Attack = ((1414^2/1000 + 1414 * 0.6 * 0.9) / 30 + 1180/200) * 550 * 1.4 * 1.25 * 1.5 = 141,485
MAX DMG REDUCTION = MDEF*.6 = 680 * 0.6 = 408

Alright I calculated it for you exactly. I would have around 1180 int at lvl 180, which would let me exactly 1H them with 1414 tma. If you have a bit better int gear, then 1413. Shaved off a level from your estimate
