Customize item text for White Scroll / Chaos Scroll to benefit unaware players

Naturally, with the newly integrated Prestigious Coin system, problems arise for players unaware of this new change.

This suggestion also combats the WS/CS problem, which is described in detail in another forum post.

TLDR: Players, most often new players, are unaware White Scrolls or Chaos Scrolls are tradable into coins. Therefore, when they win a WS/CS from Gachapon, they miss the chance
to get mesos out of it, which usually are very beneficial for their new maple character.
The solution from the other post suggested that we remove WS/CS and replace them with Prestigious Coins.

However, instead of removing WS/CS completely from Gachapon - I suggest an alternative method that may be easier to implement:

Customize a little item text inside the White Scroll / Chaos Scroll, which informs the player, that the scrolls can be traded for Prestigious Coins - more specifically, Mysterious Coin Pouch 5.
