Discord improvements

I disagree with the Suggestions channel because I really like how organized and well thought suggestions are in the forums. I think It’s not about how easy it should be for us but how it’s just easier for the Staff to check forum posts that are well organized/well written and well thought out. Suggestions tend to get drowned by the chat in discord.

Also about splitting Discord free market into three separate text channels..

When you look into #free market in discord you see sellers AND buyers all at once. Maybe the occasional price check? That way it’s all organized into one chat and you don’t have to switch between two chats. Basically brings more traffic to your posts in #free-market by keeping it all in one chat.

ex: Player wants Item X, Checks #Freemarket, Finds and buys Item X and sees that someone else wants to buy Item Y, checks inventory -> sells Item Y.
Does that make sense?

Hopefully that covers everything.

 

I dont agree with spliting the channels since it will make item history searches much harder but I do agree on the post cooldown. Theres people that post 20 seperate images every 30 minutes.... its so obnoxious sometimes :|

 

Yeah, I see what you mean because there could be people wanting to buy Helm/Pendant service and that sort of doesn't fall in the lines of #freemarket but I do agree with Slothy to a degree..

It wouldn't really be needed, if you want to look for something that you would want to buy you look up "S>whatever item here" and use the search function.

I'd agree with a cooldown on the market section. It would prevent flooders from posting every 15 mins instead of just editing their previous post. I don't think there should be any additional channels though since it's sort of unnecessary.
