    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):

    What is supposed to happen?: Chair is supposed to restore 100 HP and 100 MP while drowning inside the Power Elixir Chair.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: While drowning inside my Power Elixir Chair.
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Sit down and drown in your Power Elixir Chair.
    Extra information (optional): The other Donor Chairs restore/recover what its description states except for Power Elixir Chair.

    It still heals/restores 50.
