Doom does not work in PPQ.

    Description of the bug: Enemies turn into snails, then 1 second later back to normal.
    What is supposed to happen?:They are supposed to remain snails for the full duration of the skill level.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: PPQ
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug: Make a priest and max out doom for highest effectiveness. Run a PPQ with 6 players for maximum chance of this happening. When mobs are not aggrod on you, they will not stay as snails.
    Extra information: Most likely related to multiplayer slow and seal bug, in which these debuffs usually do not stick when multiple players are on a map.

    I've noticed the same thing with my White Knight. I use an Ice Charge, which should freeze them in place, but a lot of them ignore this effect less than one second later because they're aggroed to someone else. This is true even if no one else has hit them.
