A more fair standardization would be to list free fire uptime alongside dpm which is something I doubt players would be willing to go through the hassle of doing. Comparing to HT is disingenuous as bishop buff credits bishop players for their reactive gameplay within intended mechanics I.E. dispelling heads on time, clearing wyvern spawn, etc.

The case for PB body is different because it seems like dpm variance is almost directly tied to how long buccs can force a pseudo freeze state that delays PB from casting DR - which, in all precedented context, would have qualified for bug abuse, it has somehow become normalized now whether due to staffs inability to decide on the proper course of action/response or unwillingness to bring this to light for whatever reason.

So no, I don’t think it’d make sense to just put bucc ign because it’d only highlight that these buccs are knowingly trying to force bugged conditions and crediting themselves for it.

 

Is there a reason why bishops keeping the right arm at horntail completely inactive is considered differently from buccaneers keeping PB from DRing? If there was a way for bishops to make more body parts inactive would that be illegitimate?

 

No more body DPM but solo bucc pinners can post their longest wanders before DR

Because right arm was designed to have limited range and bishops need to stand somewhere. Trying to conflate the two is really disingenuous.

In the case for PB, players are intentionally using skills to induce a frozen state where PB doesn’t behave normally. HT arms are behaving as designed because they aren’t global.
