Enable Potion Logging ON by default

The feature that was added a few patches ago, by default, is set to OFF (disabled).

Please edit this to be ON (enabled) by default.

I don't think this topic needs any further explanation.



Side note: there is a bug that currently does not allow this feature to stay ON for some players, meaning they have to re-enable it; every single time before boss entry.

Extra note: When enabled, there is a blue text notice saying that "Potion Log" has been enabled.
We already have the @bufflog command but the blue text notice mentions it as "Potion Log".
Please lets have some continuity and just call it "Buff Log"
