Medium Energy blast not affected by booster or SI, and regular transform breaks energy drain cast speed

Description of the bug: Energy blast has the same cast speed regardless of knuckler booster or speed infusion. Transform (third job one at least) makes you case energy drain super slow, slower than in not-transform mode.
What is supposed to happen?: Energy blast should cast faster with more speed from buffs and energy drain should cast at the same speed regardless of transform state
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Shaolin training map but probably happens everywhere
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug: Be a bucc -> gain energy charge -> hold down energy blast. Press transform -> hold down energy drain. Click transform off -> hold it down again
