Low Energy Charge refreshes the 50 second timer when you change channels.

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):
What is supposed to happen?: Energy Charge should disappear after 50 seconds of activation
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: When I was farming Male Boss cards. I went through 12+ channel rotations when I noticed that my barrier was up the whole time ( I was spamming drain.)
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Activate energy charge, put a timer for 40 seconds, change channels, and you'll notice it wont disappear in the next 10 seconds.
