    Well if you could argue that Ergoth doesn't belong to Victoria Island or this world. It was a demon sumoned by the king of Sharenia to protect the rubian (the jewel that you hit to sumon the boss) but because of the power of that jewel the demon corrupted and killed the entire Sharenian population. He was sumoned so like if you sumon a mob from a sac will it make it natural from that spot u sumoned? maybe not

    I think that's a legitimate argument. I, however, suspect the writers didn't have GPQ in mind, or it was written before GPQ came out. Even though Monster Book came out way after GPQ, it wouldn't surprise me if Neckson had all of these descriptors written out in a database ahead of time and then never bothered to update this entry after GPQ was created. #NecksonFails
