    I have tried everything in the troubleshoot guide and it is still giving me the same error can anyone help?

    Im windows 7 too, I had this error before, just not sure when exactly...(in game or at launch)

    When do you get the error? ' before or after the game launched

    There's couple of guides. I have ran to this error, like million of times.

    Try change it Compatibility to Windows 98/ Windows Me

    Try adding the game to "Steam".

    I use windows 10, sometimes I get this error, but I keep trying and trying and success.
