Windows 8/8.1/10 Error in opening game

    Hi,

    I'm new to maplelegends but whenever I try to log in to the game and press start after agreeing to the T&C's, it just disconnects me and says "You have been disconnected from MapleLegends, please restart the game". I've tried many solutions such as compatibility mode, firewall, running as administrator and reinstalling but I still have the same problem!

    Never heard of this one before on the course of almost 2 years.. which is also why i am lacking technical aspect what the issue could be.

    Can you reboot your PC, maybe?

    Try restarting your interner router aswell and update us.

    yea i get the same issue i press log in and the login button is demed ( grayed out) and nothing happens no security code then after a minute or 2 it discounts giving me the above mentioned error message.

    I have a similar error. The terms and conditions pop up and then I am disconnected. I see this thread is old though.
    I hope that means a solution was found.

    Have you double checked your firewall/anti-virus? Sometimes turning them completely off and launching will help determine if they are the cause.

    I turned both of them off completely but still ran into the same problem.
    I also added it as an exception for both.
