Event NPC in the FM

Currently there are GM event NPC' in 4 towns: Lith Harbor, Ludibrium, Orbis, and Boat Quay Town. With the goal of an event being to bring the community together, why not make them as accessible as possible? This got me thinking, what is the most accessible place in the server? The FM! I have personally forgone several events due to the amount of backtracking that would be required to get there, and I feel like this suggestion solves a quality of life issue. I'd be interested in hearing feedback on this idea.
