Event NPC in the Nihal Desert

Orbis, Ludibrium, Vic Island (Lith Harbor), Singapore (Boat Quay Town), NLC, and Malaysia (Kampung Village) all have accessible Event NPCs. Even if you're in Japan, it's not difficult to leave and reach an NPC. While the Minar Forest does not have an Event NPC, it is easy to warp there and back with the use of the seeds (even if they are a bit expensive, it shouldn't be much for higher level players). Mu Lung has a quick 1 minute transport to Orbis. Taiwan and China have easy transports back to the mainland to access an Event NPC. And most importantly, no matter where you are when the event is announced, you can get back to where you were in less than 5 minutes.

EXCEPT THE NIHAL DESERT. While it is true that NPC Karcasa can take you back to Vic Island for the event, it can take between 17 to 37 minutes to get back to the Ariant/Magatia region. (17 via Leafre just barely making the boat, 37 via Ellinia and just missing the boat). This is inherently unfair to anyone training, questing, or card hunting in this area. I believe an Event NPC should be accessible in either Ariant or Magatia.
