    It remains to be seen yea, I'm trying not to be too critical since if it's fully dodgeable it could come down to being an overall buff but I didn't really see that being likely

    You got exactly what you wanted with the macro changes so you can go back to CWK and macro strafe on pirate and chat with your friends. You don't have to zak if you don't want to pay attention to pillars which literally every class deals with, especially if you have

    the vanilla warning mark for pillar was short and could be hard to dodge depending on the animation delay of your skills

    What is the end goal that the moderators are trying to achieve?

    So if a warrior is on a rope there's a chance their healing potion won't be consumed...? isn't that bad? I don't understand




    DK changes look amazing, makes me want to actually try playing one someday :D

    Can't wait for the event and the server to come back on!!!!!

    er, to best of my understanding, this is a cost-saving skill. You will still get healed when you use pots, its just that you won't be consuming it, thereby saving meso. This will work on/off the rope. The picture is now a bit misleading, heh.

    Id like to see a form of this, ie: unavoidable icicles (with status effect added?) in HT and unavoidable sed notes in PB.

    Why stop at Zak in reducing afk gameplay?

    Edit: Fun and unexpected change for Zak, it was becoming a snooze fest slumber party. Thanks BT!

    All this does is punish corsairs, warriors and archers tenfold while *looks at notes* buffing NL's

    Also sed is already unavoidable by shifter

    I'll be honest, I don't see how the zakum change is "a nerf to archers" or other non-thief classes.

    It makes it much easier as a host, we can free up a party slot allowing us to be more friendly, giving them smoke, se, whatever. It also means less punished because of their HB utility which was a large complaint for many

    NL's can jump attack+FJ into body to avoid
    Warriors/shads can tank touch as normal for i frames
    Mages can tele into body touch as normal
    Buccs have long iframes but I'm not totally sure if it will be dodgeable with skill expression


    Corsairs on boat tbd if they can react in time to move they may have gotten it the worst out of all

    Archers can react quickly but its all up in air still whether you can dodge all the pillars, they would have to have changed it a bit since there was often pillars covering the entire left side. Perhaps we have to stay right side and duck now the entire fight for optimal gameplay. High avoid archers 190+ with shield+cancel rng is was mostly pointless to move as you could count on avoid to deal with alot of the stuns, allowing just to keep dpming and to rng the stuns

    We should be encouraging active playstyles across all classes and regardless of whether or not you're level 135 or 200. Also, the pillars were easily dodgeable previously, and they're making them easier to dodge now.

    In a pure sense of, "which classes have to actually start playing the game or not," it's obvious that thieves with 80% effective avoidability are the ones hurt the most by this change. The only players this change really affects are multiattackers and ones that want to watch netflix.
