Few questions about Dark Knights

1) It depends what level you are and what your hp goal is.

1) How much INT should a DK have while washing? Full wash is around 200-300INT
2) When should one start adding INT? ASAP? At lvl 10
3) How early could I get 30k HP w/ HB if I washed at 40 INT? washing of 40int will get no where
4) Does double washing work here? double washing ?

 

1) Depends on how quickly you want to reach max HP. To get it by 200, it will only take around 150 washes. You should be able to get this with minimal INT.
2) If you're going to have base INT, then ASAP.
3) Probably will take you until level 200.
4) I've not tested it, but I see no reason why it wouldn't.

 

This isnt true, if you have 40 int, you can obtain around 18-19k HP by level 150 (Double Wash) meaning that HB will most likely get you to 30k

For NLs and BMs that's true. But warriors are different. For warriors, each point pumped into HP gives you a shitload of HP... so you don't have to wash nearly as much.

I pumped 100 AP into a DrK and washed it out, and that was enough to reach 30k HP with HB (or 18.7k clean) by level 19x. I think 40 int isn't quite enough to wash out 100 AP though, maybe like 50 or 60 total int.

It's around 50 INT you'd need to get max HP by 200. So, 40 base is still probably plenty, just add some decent INT gear and you're good to go. You can MP wash (or "double wash" is what people are calling it I guess) at any point to get more HP if you really feel you need it regardless.
