Fighter Rage Buff Level Redistribution

    Hey guys, I've been rolling Warrior classes my whole life but I gave Fighter a chance this time around on ML and I noticed Rage is buffed on this server.

    That's a great change I'm sure a lot of people love. My issue with this is how it affects the level 20 skill in particular.

    I personally decided I wanted to keep my Rage at 14 to match the buff's potency in GMS. This gave me 6 "extra" points though and now the skill doesn't last for very long at all.
    At level 20 Rage in GMS, this buff gave 12 ATT for 160 seconds (This is according to bbb hiddenstreet) To match this in ML, the buff stays level 14 for 12 ATT but now only lasts 112 seconds. It requires a lot more recasts this way. Although, I think ML's version of Rage gave 10 ATT at level 20 before the changes.

    I think this buff should've been changed to still give the original level 20 stats of the skill. That way players could opt in to the changed version if they wanted without losing the original values.

    Here's a changelist I think could adjust this nicely:

    1 attack +6, weapon def. -6 for 8 sec. -> attack +1, weapon def. -1 for 8 sec.
    2 attack +6, weapon def. -6 for 16 sec. -> attack +1, weapon def. -1 for 16 sec.
    3 attack +7, weapon def. -7 for 24 sec. -> attack +2, weapon def. -2 for 24 sec.
    4 attack +7, weapon def. -7 for 32 sec. -> attack +2, weapon def. -2 for 32 sec.
    5 attack +8, weapon def. -8 for 40 sec. -> attack +3, weapon def. -3 for 40 sec.
    6 attack +8, weapon def. -8 for 48 sec. -> attack +3, weapon def. -3 for 48 sec.
    7 attack +9, weapon def. -9 for 56 sec. -> attack +4, weapon def. -4 for 56 sec.

    This leaves the lower ranks (1-18) much worse off than the current distribution in terms of weapon attack, but would not affect players with Lv 30 Rage and would fix the issue described above for anyone who would like to opt into playing as GMS like as possible :)

    This could even be done with higher attack values at low ranks to keep the generous values ML has like +10 attack at skill rank 9. All I'd really ask is the skill is the same power and length as GMS at rank 20
