Not a Bug Forum guests are authenticated despite not being logged in.

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): I can view the forums without being logged in



    What is supposed to happen?: you are only supposed to be able to view the first post of every topic when you are not logged in.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: accessed the forums via discord's announcement posts, double checked with via various browsers (tested with private/incognito mode on and off).
    Browsers tested:
    Firefox
    Chrome
    Edge
    Internet Explorer
    Safari

    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): try and access the forums on a different browser without logging in.
