Windows XP/Vista/7 Frequent crashes / messed up sound

Hey there,

I've been on the server for a while now, and i've been getting weird crashes

it goes like this

I play the game just fine and the sounds are in place at first, after a while my jump or attack sound will fade or not complete itself like it's stuck. and after a couple map switches / alt tabs, the music that plays gets into a stuck loop those are the symptoms i get before the game crashes. This mostly happens after map switching , or even opening a tab

I've tried re-installing but no result, what could it be?


I run Windows 7
Saphire radeon R9 200 series - Graphic card, (updated)

When i reboot my pc it's all fine for a small span, and then it progressively gets worse

 

when those sounds get messed it freezes in a blackscreen yeah
