Low "Frosty Frozen Face" doesn't correspond to skin color

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):
    What is supposed to happen?: I assume that my face's skin color would change with this item equipt.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Noticed this in Henesys Skin-Care when trying on different skin colors
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): wear "frosty frozen face", go to Henesys Skin-Care, try any skin.
    Extra information (optional): not sure if this is just me and this is my first bug I've ever reported. Sorry if I'm doing this wrong
