    I happily installed the latest patch for enjoying the summer&anniversary event this morning. However, when I entered a portal, my client suddenly crashed and it show me the following alert. I'd try to enter the game again but it shows me the same alert. This alert didn't show up when I open other my characters. Could you help me to solve this problem T.T
    I do really want to enjoy the event asap. Thank you.
