    Hey, everyone!

    Some of you already know the forum game I host called Mafia. Now, so far I'm seeing quite a few people being interested in the game, and @Sam_Vosh@Sam_Vosh came with an idea that you all might like. The idea is to...

    Host an in-game live Mafia 'event'.

    "How would this work?", you might ask. Well, we haven't worked out all the details just yet, but here's some info to give you a general idea:
    • You can join the event in-game at a scheduled time (on a weekly or biweekly basis) that we post at least a few days in advance.
    • All participants will be warped to map where the game will take place.
    • Once inside, all the rules will be clarified and I will distribute all roles randomly. I'll whisper you your role. Then, the game starts.
      • For night-time actions, whispers will be exchanged between participants and myself. During the day, people can discuss, much like in the Discussion PM of the forum game, and vote for lynching.
    • A GM (@Sam_Vosh@Sam_Vosh most likely) will be there to supervise the event and make it a bit more exciting with the use of GM commands (kills and things like that).
    The benefits compared to the forum version are:
    • The game will be a lot more fast-paced, making it more fun.
    • Discussion will be a lot more realistic since it's all happening live and directly to each other.
      • With a more realistic discussion comes more oppurtunity to 'outplay' your opponents with strategic approaches to the game!
    This thread is to see if people are interested in such an event. Look at the poll and let us know what you think!

    Also, here's some potential times at which such an event can be hosted. These times are hopefully decent enough for everyone to participate.
    • 7 PM server time (GMT+2)
      • 1 PM EST, 10 AM PST, 1 AM SGT
    • 11 PM or 12 AM server time (GMT+2)
      • 5/6 PM EST, 2/3 PM PST, 5/6 AM SGT

    If the game will be hosted in-game on a (bi-)weekly basis, I will still continue hosting the forum game for those that prefer the passive gameplay.
