Windows 8/8.1/10 Game Randomly "Freezes" Disconnects

    Only Recently my game started to randomly freeze, i would have to log out and log back in, but it happens 5mins in after logging into my character.

    At first i assumed that my DNS severs wernt connecting properly as some websites had dns issues, but i manually changed the dns addresses and now i am able to fix all the dns address errors however maplestory still has the issue where the game just freezes!

    I havnt changed any files, or update my computer. Not only does it happen on my computer but also on my laptop and other devices aswell!

    (ive tried to hotspot my laptop, that worked well and i was able to play without dcing)
    therefore id assume its something to do with the connection to your severs!

    Please help, thank you
