Goodbye

Hey maplers, folks & friends.
So I've decided to take some time on a long bus ride to do a little writeup on ending my time with MapleLegends(quite possibly for good).
It's been a long 3.5years since I've started, you may know me from my IGNs MiracleCubes and Recube.
There's no limit to how long this post will be if I had to do a full recap, but from the hundreds of AFK Zak buyers I've had, to the thousands of Horntail runs hosted, to the absurdly high number of runners I've inadvertently offended in Pink Bean voice chats(I swear it wasn't intentional!), to being part of the first Aufheben clear on the server and finally becoming a member of the Balance Team, the journey has been nothing short of amazing.
Only feeling I have now, is gratitude towards the people that has come and gone along the way. I have no need to name y'all because you know who you are.
Lastly, to all players, new and old alike, enjoy your stay and Happy mapling~

Honestly, plenty of reasons, or more like excuses. I have a full time job and I'm studying part time, night classes. Occasionally I also have an additional part time job on top of that. I chose to spend my time more wisely rather than on MapleLegends because I've lost interest and motivation in MapleLegends(not MapleStory as a whole, you might find me on other servers tbh).

Several reasons why I've grown to lose interest:
1) I've never liked hour-long boss runs, so this game was never built for me, only reason I played for as long as I did was that one group of REAL friends I had made.
2) Friends quitting and going inactive.
3) Lack of anticipation(since joining BT) makes the non-event down period(s) an extremely boring and excruciating wait.
4) I'm not a fan of ToS(no secret there), there were a number of player bans, staff investigations and etc I felt could've been handled better.
5) Community from my own time zone has never been particularly friendly with me(except when they need a Bucc).
6) I've never been a perfectionist when it comes to DPM, speed runs and min-maxing my stuff so in my own world, I've pretty much completed the game.

I think that's what I find appropriate for sharing on these forums. I do have more to share but those are more personal and not everything can or should be publicly discussed. Hope it answers your question
