Windows 8/8.1/10 Graphics lag

    Hi, my new laptop is having issues bossing. Its ok for zakum <one day> and crowded fm but the snowman boss is making my frame rate drop to like 5fps. My video drivers are up to date, im running compatibility for me/2000, DPI is turned off, running as admin, nothing open in background.
    Proccesor is using like 80% of one core and barely any usage of other three cores.
    Intel Pentium 3540 (2.16ghz 4 quad core, 2.66ghz turbo boost
    4g DDRL 1600
    HP f222wm
    Win10 up2date
    Im not seeing this "turbo"
    My 2008 1.6ghz duelcore keyboard mule didnt do this lmao

    To piggyback on this snowman issue: I enter the extra frosty zone and my screen stays black/maplestory client freezes. heh. its 'too frosty' for me.

    That worked perfectly. Have to restart about every other client start up but that's normal for me anyway. Thank you so so much cuase I've been looking forward to the performace of this new laptop for a while now lol
