    What is supposed to happen?:Not supposed to be there
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:When Halloween event started
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):It just happened
    Extra information (optional): None to provide at this time, relogging client doesn't work though.ONLY happens on singapore maps. Since it is a smega... it appears in top right corner.

    Happens when you turned SMEGA's in TEXT only using the @megaphone command

    Will be fixed next patch.
