Season's Screamings, everyone! The Masked Gentleman has returned to the Prendergast Mansion with his Halloween soirée for some spooky fun for everyone! All characters* Level 10 and higher can participate in this Event by talking to NPC Cassandra, who can be found in most towns, in order to obtain the Masked Man's Invitation. Using this invitation will warp you directly to the entrance of the Masked Gentleman's Party!

The Masked Gentleman's Party

​

When you arrive at the entrance to the Masked Gentleman's Party, you will find that the Gatekeeper is reluctant to let you inside. With some help from the Nameless Cat, you will be able to enter the party once you find the perfect Halloween costume!

Once inside, the Masked Gentleman will be waiting for you. Most Maplers in the Maple World know of the harrowing tale of the Prendergast family, but the Masked Gentleman knows more than you think. As a part of his party, he's offering an inside look into the lives of the Prendergasts, where a sorrowful story, and a mystifying mystery await you!

The story of Olivia is the third and final chapter of this terrifying tale. Will you help her, and unveil the darkest secrets of the Mansion?

Party Quests

​

What would a party be without party quests? Speak with the Maid on the lower floor of the Mansion to help carve pumpkins and collect Pumpkin Pieces, which you will find quite useful in your quests around the Mansion.

Players who have completed the first part of the Masked Gentleman's questline can talk to the Butler and assist him in throwing out some unwanted party ghosts guests. Be careful, as tricks and treats await you in this petrifying party quest!

• Players must capture a minimum of 25 ghosts at the final stage of the Uninvited Guest Party Quest (also known as Butler PQ) to obtain 1 Raffle Entry and 1 Olivia Entry.
• For each 5 additional ghosts you catch, you will obtain 10 Green Malady's Candies

Olivia
Olivia can only be faced with a party of 3 - 6 players

As you make your way through the twists and turns of the Prendergast Mansion, you will find yourself face-to-face with a formidable foe. Party guests who have made it this far in the Prendergast Mansion's questline can speak to the Masked Gentleman to take on this chilling challenge in a party of 3 - 6 party guests. But be warned, Olivia is not all that she seems, with many ways to turn you upside-down and in-between.

In order to attempt the fight against Olivia, you must have entries, which are obtained from the Uninvited Guest Party Quest (also known as Butler PQ) via the Butler.

• As a reminder, you must capture 25 ghosts at the final stage of the party quest to obtain: 1 Olivia Entry and 1 Raffle Entry
• Additionally, at the start of each event week you will be credited with 7 free Olivia Entries!

Successfully defeating Olivia will reward you with:

• 1 Raffle Entry​
• 1 Cursed Doll Essence​
• and a 50% chance at obtaining another Raffle Entry​

Cursed Doll Essence: +33 W.Att, +44 M.Att, +44 Avoidability and Accuracy for 10 minutes

Pumpkin Coins, the Kaleido-Spinner, and More!

​

During the Event, you can earn Pumpkin Coins by participating in various in-game content! This includes:

• Farming (Party Farming is capped at 50 Coins daily)
• Select party quests
• Boss Expeditions (including Olivia)

​

Spin Man is back, and he brought his Kaleido-Spinner with him to the party! Located at the Entrance of Haunted Mansion and Amherst, exchange your Kaleido-Spinner Event Tickets with the Kaleido-Spinner for a chance at some ghoulishly good prizes.

Players have a chance to obtain Kaleido-Spinner Event Tickets from the following content:​

• Uninvited Guest PQ (also known as Butler PQ)
• Olivia Boss Encounter
• Farming

And for our Islander friends, a spooky surprise awaits you in Amherst, so that you can get into the Halloween spirit as well!

As a bonus treat, Bonus EXP rates of 5% Bonus EXP for all players and 10% Bonus EXP for active attackers will be active for duration of the event.
