Update Halloween Patch Notes: October 31, 2020

With the Halloween Patch comes quite a lot of features and changes.

Some changes may be forgotten and get added later.

New Content:

- Timeless and Reverse equips introduced
- Item EXP system (for timeless and reverse equips) introduced

Bug Fixes:
- Another round of resurrection/death fixes:

○ Dead players should be able to resurrected ALWAYS
○ Dead players should always be shown as a Tombstone (no more jumpstuck animation)
○ Resurrection should properly go on full CD when someone is resurrected, 10 second CD when in party but no one was resurrected, and no CD when not in any party​

- Map fixes (maps with incorrect spawns, such as Shaolin should be fixed)
- Orange Mushroom Ice Cream Chair made tradeable
- Fruit Shaved Ice Chair made tradeable
- Eruwater Laser Gun sell price corrected from 1 meso > 279 meso
- Armor-Piercing Bullet recharge cost corrected to 0.9 meso per bullet
- Memories in the Crystal Ball of Love chair should display correctly
- Corrected inaccurate skill descriptions for: Battleship Cannon, Dragon Roar, Thunder Charge, and Lightning Charge

Misc:
- Character creation has been overhauled and now allows you to pick most eye colours, hair colours, as well as much more skins. (Demo: Click here)
- Fan favourite hair 'Bowl Cut' is now pickable at character creation for males!
- The option 'Windowed' now works properly in the DLL settings
- The 1b price colour is now better readable to prevent mistakes. (Demo: Click here)

Game files:
- Significantly reduced the overall file size of MapleLegends by making the file format more Neckson-like as well as an overall cleanup
- List.wz is no longer required for the game to run

Setup:
- The instruction messages are a bit more clear that they are instruction messages...
