Fixed Hauted House NPC invisible but still reachable

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):
What is supposed to happen?: If theres no NPC, I think it should not be able to be reached, talked to... nothing major, but I just found this while trying the npc chat hotkey while being next to Agent Falcon (right side (more exactly on the tree next to the grave)) since I had a quest with him, and I pressed and pressed the key next to him and this other invisible NPC from last event was in the way.
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: in Phantom forest Haunted House
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Just stand to the right of agent falcon and press NPC Chat hotkey (it seems you cant click the invisible npc but it can be talked to via the hotkey)
