Hero Rush Skill broken

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Rush is supposed to be used either by clicking or assigning to hotkey, but nothing happens.
What is supposed to happen?: Attacking skill rush is supposed to work like any other skill
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: I just completed Manji's test and got the skillbook, but it's not working after I added a skill point into it.
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Finished the quest, got the book, opened the book, used a skillpoint, assigned to hotkey
