Hit 60. What to do now

So I just reached level 60 on my bandit(unfunded with a little base int for later lol) and I have a few questions for the those with experience as this is further than I ever got on old MS.
1. Wtf should I be training on? I do most quests when I can for the xp etc, and from what I've read the 60-80 range is pretty killer. I just seem to be hopping around a lot, any advice as to what might be a good mob for me to grind?

2. Stats? This is a two parter. I'm currently sitting at 50 base int for some washing later, is this the right idea? as I said unfunded so I don't have a lot lying round for int gear.
And two. I have been full dex/no str thus far(this ties into my next question) but I know this will hold me back long-term. What should I be doing with my dex/str as far as gear is concerned?

3. Gear. So atm, I have a the deadly fin(??) Lvl 60 dagger with 5/7 %60 for a wep and a 13luk china top, apart from some other ok gear there isn't much to boast about, what sort of gear should I be aiming for?
