How many active _____ are there?

Ripping off the How many ___ are there? thread, I am going to attempt to do one, but for currently ACTIVE players.

Current criteria:

1. Log in at least biweekly
2. Kill mobs biweekly OR Participate in community (merching, talking, community events)

This one will be significantly more anecdoctal and biased list due to the vagueness of what active constitutes, as well as me simply not seeing certain people on at one time.
I will probably list out IGNS while counting, so help me out if you see something wrong! If a name is underlined, bolded, and has an arrow <-, it means I am not sure of the current status.
